My life has been crazy. I don’t feel comfortable going into it but its been…nuts. However, I’m doing as much as I can so that’s progress, right?
I just put up a new song ‘Clear’ and I’m hoping to get a video up pretty soon. I’ve actually got a few songs I want to put up for free and even got CD’s available and music ready to sell, I just haven’t had a chance to get it up yet! So yes, I know that’s bad but I’m doing what I can.
I should have some nice things to add on my next post-
I had a real frustrating day a couple days ago. I needed a serious outlet to vent and as always, music did the trick. Went crazy that night, throwing stuff and having all sorts of fun. By the end of the set I was happy and ready for pleasant nights rest.
Gotta love it. Music is the coolest 
(Much cheaper than a shrink and a lot more fun)
Thanks to all of you who supported the Women’s Crisis Center Benefit last week. I’m planning the Return from Broken album release show in Utah and scheduling events moving forward as well. Happy 2010!
As I mentioned earlier, I’m making CD’s and mp3’s available before the release. I’ve arranged to sell full album CD’s & Mp3’s before release and give 50% of the net proceeds to the Women’s Crisis Center for all sales up until Dec 31st 2009.
I sent the link to those on my list but if you’re just seeing this now or missed it, shoot me an email and I’ll get it over to you. Since this a pre-release deal I’ve arranged it for those on my list so it will just be valid until the end of the year (Dec 31, 09).

1 week till Christmas? Geeze, How’d that happen? Getting CD’s is taking almost 3 weeks longer then expected so I’m working out a way to make the album available for download (to fans) then ship CD’s out when I get them. (I want to make tracks available for you guys before 2010 Release). Just trying to get it all set up for next week. I’ll let you know when I get it worked out!
As usual I over-ate at thanksgiving and then paid for it later that night as my body tried digesting half a turkey and 2 pumpkin pies (I won’t even mention all the other stuff). Needless to say my body was not happy with me.
Good times…Good times.
Anyway, I’m waiting to get the finished CD’s back from press which will probably be a about 2-3 weeks but I’ll keep you posted when I’ve got them in hand. As I mentioned I’ll make preview copies available to those on my Insiders list before release in January. Thanks for waiting patiently and I’ll keep you posted-
I should have the album master in hand in the next week, which means I will be getting the actual album officially off to duplication in the next week or two. This process will take about a month then final details so official Release Date TBA (Early 2010).
However, for fans on my Insiders list I will make preview copy’s available, I’m hoping, in December (Since it’s my project I can do what I want). Just got to work out the logistics, but I’d really like to do this for those of you who have been waiting patiently

I’ve been putting together the live show as I’ve been waiting for final mixing and mastering. It keeps getting better.
I’m used to jumping on stuff and just getting it done, but it takes a heck of a lot longer when you have more people involved. Steve’s out of town for a week so I’m waiting on mastering but in the meantime, I’m working on making the show even better on a shoestring budget!
I’m waiting to get back the majority of the final tracks for the ‘Return from Broken’ project so we can start mastering it. It’s taken longer than I would’ve liked but that’s just the way it goes once there are more people involved in a project like this.
However, the collaborative ideas just take everything to the next level, so it rocks! Plus, since this is a self release, I’m not forced the cram something that isn’t quite ready. That way we can make sure everything is killer before releasing it. So gotta love that .
So I’m going to enjoy my Saturday, then Monday I’ll get back to the grind and make sure its gettin done and of course I’ll keep you in the loop. Matt
The new mixes are sounding really good. We’re about halfway through with some final tweaks on some of the first songs before mastering.
There are some significant differences to the raw mixes I put up here (but in a good way). I’ll definitely post some up once I have a few that are done. Also working on a lot of other pieces to prepare for release- which will be in November or sooner if we can pull it off. (you know how things can go -fingers crossed)
